At Anarchy Wine Co, ZinBitch is reserved for only the most exceptional Zinfandel harvests, the years that show uncommon depth, balance, and attitude straight from the barrel. If a vintage doesn’t rise to that standard, it doesn’t make the cut. No compromises. No filler years.

When a vintage does earn its stripes, it’s bottled exclusively in Magnum format—a deliberate choice rooted in both tradition and science. Magnums age more slowly and gracefully, preserving freshness while allowing complexity to evolve over time. For serious wine collectors, Magnum bottles are widely regarded as the most auspicious size for long-term cellaring, offering superior aging potential and undeniable presence.
