Anarchy is a state of mind. It's an escape from the box of our own assumptions, down roads others are too cautious to travel, in search of perfection unconfined by rules. It's the chaotic intersection of art, music, wine, human history, and the human soul.

It's also a bunch of fucking fun.

Our winemaker, Christian Tietje, has been shaking up the industry for decades with his insane varietal pairings and his love of "big ass wines". Before, he was doing it with (or for) someone else. Now that he's a free elf, he's taking extreme winemaking to a whole new level—fully exploring the hidden characteristics of pure varietals, and creating blends that obliterate the rules of convention.
